The Youth Development Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing programs and activities that support the personal, social, and educational development of young people. They work closely with youth, families, schools, and community organizations to create opportunities for growth and engagement.

𝙌𝙐𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙍𝘿𝙎:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Training: 8 hours of relevant training

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience

Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212,
Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
3. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license; and
4. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
