Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy in handling goods while leading a team to optimize workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and replenishment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for efficiency.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and teamwork.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and other departments.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics related to warehouse operations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
