  • Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple sites orgeographies, ensuring service delivery meets or exceedsclient SLAs, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of operationalinitiatives to support business growth, efficiencyimprovements, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior operations leaders,creating a high-performance culture focused onaccountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance,Client Services) to align operations with organizational goalsand resolve systemic issues.
  • Manage client relationships at an executive level,participating in business reviews and proactively addressingperformance trends or client escalations

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, extensiveoperational leadership experience (10+ years), strongleadership, analytical, and communication skills, andexperience in process improvement and projectmanagement.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in BPOoperations.
  • A strong understanding of business principles, financialstatements, and operational metrics.
  • Proven experience in implementing process improvementsand managing projects effectively.
