VICE PRESIDENT PMO, TRANSFORMATION & SERVICES

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead and oversee the PMO function to ensure all critical business projects, business roadmap and transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • In collaboration with the leadership team and President, support the development and execution plan of the business roadmap and strategic initiatives to drive towards operational excellence;
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of corporate services including Facility Management, Maintenance, Procurement, Security, Logistic, Safety and Contract Management teams ensuring all activities are delivered on time, in quality and within budget


Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. PMP, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience with at least 2-3 years of exposure to senior leadership
  • Experience with the Canadian market and culture
