VICE PRESIDENT, OPERATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple sites or geographies, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds client SLAs, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of operational initiatives to support business growth, efficiency improvements, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior operations leaders, creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Client Services) to align operations with organizational goals and resolve systemic issues.
  • Manage client relationships at an executive level, participating in business reviews and proactively addressing performance trends or client escalations

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, extensive operational leadership experience (10+ years), strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in BPO operations.
  • A strong understanding of business principles, financial statements, and operational metrics.
  • Proven experience in implementing process improvements and managing projects effectively.
