A. General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls.
B. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
C. Cleaning and sanitation of all areas. Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
D. Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
E. Perform minor repairs and notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
F. Collect and dispose of trash.
G. Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
H. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
I. Stock and maintain supply rooms
J. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
K. Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
L. Cooperate with the rest of the staff
M. Follow all health and safety regulations
