• The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and financial performance of the company’s tugboat charter services. The GM ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective tugboat operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The role combines leadership, marine operations expertise, and business acumen.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marine Studies, Marine Transportation or any related fields.
• 7-10 years of experience in marine operations with tugboat & port services.
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and marine engineering standards.
• Able to speak, write and read Japanese Characters in Katakana, Kanji, Hiragana
• Experience in different functions (Operations, Finance, HR)
• Has leadership experience
