Cebu Asiatic Shipping & Port Services Inc (CASPI) was establish on August 16, 1995 located in Buanoy, Balamban, Cebu which exclusively operates within West Cebu Industrial Park. The company got its Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) accreditation on May 18, 1999 with primary activity in shipping services specifically transshipment of Tsuneishi Heavy Industries Cebu, Inc. (THI) raw materials from ports, shot blasting operations, painting & finishing activities of new vessel & launching of new vessel.

 At present, Cebu Asiatic Shipping & Port Services Inc focuses its operation in renting of Tugs with operators & Shipping Agency. CASPI has 4 tugboats (with more than 2,000 kW each) & 1 supplimentary boat which were mainly used during operations. Aside from tug services & shipping agency, the company also provide skilled crew to operate the Floating Cranes of Tsuneishi Heavy Industries Cebu, Inc.

 Cebu Asiatic Shipping & Port Services Inc has slowly expanding its quality services to other PEZA-Registered companies within the West Cebu Industrial Park – Special Economic Zone.
