"Under general supervision, designs and conducts training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance as well as provides supports in other human resource and administrative-related functions.
1. Assist in the implementation of learning and development interventions for employees to address their identified competency gaps.
2. Monitors the training programs conducted and submits the reports to appropriate offices.
3. Perform administrative task to support the implementation of planned learning and development interventions.
4. Prepares training-related communications, issuances, and certificates.
5. Performs other related functions as may be assigned."
