JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:
  • Effectively sells life assurance products through outbound calls
  • Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of our products from prospects
  • Accurately identify needs by asking effective questions and listening attentively
  • Matches product benefits accordingly and demonstrate how the product will satisfy customers need
  • Able to secure commitment from customer to complete the purchase and payment processes
  • Handles objections and overcomes them with ease
  • Resolves all incoming queries effectively and efficiently thus ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provides assistance to customer requests and ensures retention of existing customers
  • Ensures that quality of calls and quantity of sales target is achieved
  • Ensures that all campaign leads provided for the day are maximized and utilized
  • Performs overtime on weekdays or/and weekends as needed by management in order to meet the needs of the business or individual targets.


Qualifications/Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 years Sales experience
  • High School Graduate or College Level
REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Able to multi-task
  • Analytical thinker
  • Exhibits a positive work attitude
  • Adaptable and able to remain focused and positive in times of significant workplace change
