A Technical Support representative is responsible for providing technical assistance and answers to users' questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with any concerns related to a product you sell.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide outstanding customer services and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers
- Ensure a complete resolution of the customer’s issue by following our Blueprints.
- Research historical data related to previous customer calls / tickets.
- Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries in an outstanding professional manner.
- Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls
- Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market
What we’re looking for:
- Amenable to work on graveyard shift & shifting schedule.
- At least 18 years old and above
- Someone who is willing to work in Naga CamSur.
- At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
- Advance computer knowledge
- Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer
- Strong and Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Call Center experience or Tech related experience (preferred)
