Ability to operate in a multi-tasking environment and to identify and resolve customer issues while following predefined procedures and accurately documenting customer records at a minimum of 40 words per minute.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years’ technical call center support experience with the ability to maintain professional verbal and written bilingual communication skills (English and indicated language), while working under pressure.
