JOB TITLE: Nursing Staff
Accurately and efficiently administers first aid treatments and provide medications to all patients.
Assist the company physician in implementing the health programs of the company.
Monitors and records patient's data, vital signs, injuries, and illnesses.
Assists doctors during consultation and carry out doctors order/s.
Prepares and submits health reports as directed.
Handling of medical emergencies within the company under the orders of the company physician.
Maintains all employees medical records.
Conducts health education to employees with the company physician.
Secures and ensures that the sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate required/needed upon returning to work prior to referring to the company physician for final disposition.
Schedules and assists in annual medical examinations of all employees.
Other tasks duly assigned by concerned supervisor/s.
