Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and service technicians. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on vehicle repairs, ensure smooth service operations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
  • Explain repair processes, costs, and estimated timelines.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Provide updates to customers on service progress.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  • Offer recommendations on maintenance and warranty options.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or business-related degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or automotive service advising.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in service management software and CRM tools.
