Reporting Relationship: Store Supervisor
Job Summary: Responsible that all customers are served promptly and courteously.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to buying customer needs.
Conduct inventory of products and store supplies.
Follow the Cash Handling policies and procedures.
Perform mandatory greeting, suggestive selling and up selling of products and complimentary closing.
Perform the standard six basic serving steps for every customer.
Suggest to customer’s new products and marketing promotions.
Maintain cleanliness of the store following the proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Receive and count the products delivered to stores and immediately reports to Store Supervisor any discrepancy.
Sign the Satellite Delivery Report and other documents in the store.
Keep informed and updated of all products and its corresponding prices.
Prepare hot and cold beverages and bunwich dressings following the standard formulation.
Attend training and seminars for service crew.
Report to Store Supervisor problems encountered which may affect the outlet’s operations.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
