The restaurant Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, and assisting in day-to-day store or food service operations. This role involves front-line interaction with customers, food preparation (if applicable), cashier duties, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and respond to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards (if applicable).
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the dining, service, and kitchen areas.
• Replenish stocks and supplies in assigned stations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations (as applicable).
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain company dress code and grooming standards.
