  • Responsible for the management of customer experience in the dining area by providing support in the daily service operations
  • Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction
  • Provide its customers the best Ihaw-Sarap food and Unli-Saya experience wherever and however they want to enjoy it.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least High School Graduate
  • 18 years old above
  • Male or Female
  • Can work full-time and on a flexible schedule (shifting schedules: morning, mid-day, and night shifts)
  • Flexible and self motivated
  • With good customer service and highly trainable.
  • Previous experience in fast food is an advantage but not necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
