A vision for the young couple the late Arian Chua and Tiffany Ang - Chua to have opened the first ever branch in Bacolod City. The first Mang Inasal Bacolod was Libertad Branch at Libertad Extension Bacolod City, Negros Occidental under Arian T Chua as sole proprietorship, with only 22 in number of employees. The restaurant was an instant success, opening to more branches.
To date, Mang Inasal Bacolod area has 4 store branches under Bacolod Prime Food Corporation at the following locations; SM City, Libertad, Centroplex and Luzuriaga.
Mang Inasal also broad their existence in Negros area under Majeur Vast Corporation with 5 store branches at the following locations; Citymall Victorias, Citymall San Carlos, Bais City, Kabankalan City and Ayala Mall.
In addition, Mang Inasal Hinigaran branch is under Kalampusan Corporation. These corporations are under the successful management of Mr. and Mrs. Chua.
