JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
Effectively manages the overall General Affairs Division operations and ensures sustainability while consistently adding value to the Division’s strategic proposition in support of the organization’s direction, by effectively managing cost, productivity, quality, accuracy and timeline targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Manager for General Affairs is responsible for administrative services of the company and advises the VP-General Affairs on all matters pertaining to the management and operation of general administrative services. He/She is also responsible for budgeting the company’s financial requirements and analyzing its performance. He/She is directly accountable to the VP-General Affairs for the performance of all responsibilities related to financial management and administration and shall provide reports on company finances as requested by the VP-General Affairs.
He/she is responsible for providing leadership and management to general affairs division which includes: Finance and Accounting, Procurement and Human Resource and Administration.
