Duties and responsibilities:
1. Receive, process and expedite orders.
2. Prepares packing and loading lists in preparation for Product delivery.
3. Confirms and coordinates processed orders with Clients.
4. Coordinates with concerned departments in the processing of received Purchase orders.
5. Prepare summary reports regarding customer complaints, requests and comments for submission to the Sales Supervisor for proper action.
6. Prepare and submits all supporting documents needed in the closing of a sales force.
7. Provide customers with product and service information.
8. Maintain good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the field sales force.
9. Provides after sales service by addressing complaints, inquires and concerns promptly and efficiently.
10. Coordinates all products and service issues with the Sales Manager, Supervisor and other department concerned.
11. Keeps and reviews sales records and reports.
12. Prepares and submits daily and weekly reports for submission for managements.
13 Enter new customer information into system.
14. Manage and resolve customer complaints received during their shift.
15. Report any possible products tampering to immediate superior.
16. Reports any food safety issues to higher management.
17. Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
