JOB SUMMARY
1. The Counter Sales Associate primarily handles customer experience and care and other related services to maximize sales generation of the branch.
2. The position holder is also expected to manage customer queries and complaints within her level of discretion.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
● At least one (1) year experience as counter sales personnel or related function
● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
● Ability to provide good customer service
● Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
● Ability to work under pressure
● Numeracy skills to handle cash and stock
● Good communication skills Computer literate
