1. Maintain healthy and safe environment in the guest rooms
2. Change bed linens and towels on daily basis
3. Respond to customer complaints in a positive way and keep the customers satisfied
4. Mop the floor regularly and make sure the bathrooms are clean
5. Follow the health and safety rules
6. Ensure the availability of sanitary items in bathroom
7. Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
8. Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
9. Returning and restocking cleaning cart at shift end.
10. Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
11. Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g., steam clean carpets) as required.
12. Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
13. Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service
