Job Description

Key Roles:
  • Manages recipe database and product development efforts including costing and pricing
  • Performs shelf-life study and sensory evaluation procedures
  • Conducts research activities on food industry trends and as per client’s requirements
  • Directs Food Safety Management efforts
  • Initiates, implements, and evaluates process improvement projects including cost-benefit analysis
  • Gathers and analyzes production, financial, and sales and marketing data that may be used in business improvement and/or strategy formulation.
  • Creates manual and training for safety in Kitchen/FTG stores/Events (new normal).
  • In-charge in food complaints.
  • Checks and monitors regularly work of assigned QCRD
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

    Graduate of BS Food Technology or BS Nutrition and Dietetics
    Minimum of 5 years experience in Research & Development and/or other equivalent supervisory position in the food industry
    Has mastery in performing basic Algebraic calculations
    Has flexibility in conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis
    Knowledgeable in basic office applications (document, spreadsheet, presentation); mastery of spreadsheet functions is a plus
    Has aptitude to switch comfortably between different modes of communication and effectively coordinate across all members of the organization
    Familiarity on interpreting Financial Statements is preferred but not required
    Certified Food Safety Compliance Officer
    Can start immediately
