Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with delivery teams and suppliers to follow up on order delays or rescheduled deliveries
2. Interact with existing suppliers and source new supplier partners
3. Identify long-term supplier partners that can achieve cost and quality improvements
4. Manage employees engaged in supplier communications and purchasing tasks
5. Other duties as assigned related to efficient purchasing and delivery of goods
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years experience in a purchasing role and admin role.
2. Strong organizational, coordination, and time management abilities
3. Initiative to accomplish tasks quickly by proactively engaging teams
4. Excellent communication skills for partnering with various stakeholders
5. Attention to detail to spot potential supplier or order issues
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple supplier relationships
