Company Description
Steak Break Restaurants, established in 1998, is a family-operated food court restaurant featuring steaks, pork chop, and other savory dishes served on a sizzling cast-iron plate, smothered in our secret home-recipe gravy with java rice, signature soup, and mixed American vegetables.
Steak Break Restaurants was founded by the creator of the original Sizzling Plate restaurant on Pasay Road, established in 1975. There are currently 14 Steak Break branches throughout Manila, and an additional 3 restaurants under the name of Sizzle King, with another one under construction in Masinag. Steak Break Restaurants is focused on providing great quality food at prices that fit any budget. Our target markets are lower-A and B-class Filipinos.

Product Mix
Currently, our Steak Break Fast Food Restaurants serve a variety of tasty dishes. We serve five kinds of premium steaks, including Porterhouse, T-Bone, Garlic Steak, Tenderloin and Sirloin, which range from only Php 179 to Php 214. We serve pork in many tasty forms, including Porkchop, Pork Steak, Country Fried Porkchop, Liempo and Burger Steak, which range from Php 75 to Php 179. We also serve other classic dishes, including Fried Chicken, Sizzling Pusit and Seasoned Bangus.
Many of our dishes go best with eggs, and customers can add an extra egg or extra rice to any meal for just Php 15 each. Our bestseller is our Sisig & Porkchop Combo.
We also serve softdrinks, iced tea, bottled mineral water and Black Gulaman, the prices of which vary from location to location.
Our company tailors our pricing brackets to the exact target market, dependent on location. We have branches in somewhat lower-end malls such as Sta. Lucia Grand East Mall, as well as high-end malls such as Gateway Mall in Cubao and Robinsons Galleria.
