Main Responsibilities:
Provides ROW project support for the Company’s projects as necessary including rights analysis, land owner coordination, permitting support and application
Developing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with related ROW departments
Performs internal research and external registry and Municipal research
Draft agenda, keep meeting minutes, maintain and update the Company’s records/ database
Plans, develops, implements, administer activities and daily operations related to the governmental affairs support function.
Build and maintains communications with various National Government / Local Government Units and constituency groups agencies including and lobbyists in order to provide effective support services.
Monitors government activities and news reports.
Build and maintains relationship with all kinds of customers
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Keep customers satisfied and deliver exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
Provide transparent information or message from Government, constituents and/or customers to the company decision makers.
Organize, assist or help to schedule meetings with the relevant key people.
Creates and updates relevant database for any document with the government and customers.
Update job knowledge to satisfy position’s requirement from time to time
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties assigned
From time to time, perform such tasks as may be reasonably assigned by the supervisor or other officers regardless whether the same is related or not to his/ her position, depending on the Employer’s requirements.
