Flyer Distribution
  • Distribute flyers, brochures, or promotional materials in designated areas near the pawnshop, such as markets, terminals, public places, and residential zones.
  • Ensure wide coverage and proper handling of materials to avoid wastage.
Customer Engagement
  • Approach potential customers politely and introduce the pawnshop’s services (e.g., pawning, remittance, gadget sales).
  • Answer basic questions about promo mechanics, interest rates, or services.
  • Encourage potential customers to visit the branch or inquire further with in-store staff.
Lead Generation
  • Identify and report potential customers who express interest or ask for more details.
  • Assist in recording names or contact details of interested individuals (if part of the promo strategy)
Compliance and Conduct
  • Follow assigned routes or areas and avoid restricted zones.
  • Help increase brand visibility by maintaining professional behavior and enthusiasm in public.
  • Comply with company policies and local regulations on public promotions.
  • Provide daily feedback to the branch or marketing officer regarding distribution areas, customer responses, and issues encountered.




Qualifications/Requirements

Education:
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Senior High School or college level is an advantage.

Experience:
  • With or without experience in sales, promotions, or flyering.
  • Prior work in retail, pawnshop, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and friendly when talking to people.
  • Can clearly explain products, services, and promos.
  • Basic knowledge of pawnshop services (training will be provided).
