  • Job Title: Sewing Line Supervisor
  • Oversees the sewing line production process, ensuring quality and timely order completion.
  • Manages sewing machine operators, coordinates workflow, and resolves production issues. any issues that arise in the production process.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Fashion Technology, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing operations.
  • Ability to read and understand production plans and technical specifications.
  • Leadership and Team Management skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Familiarity with sewing machine operations and maintenance.
