  • Job Title: Pattern Room Manager
  • Responsible for overseeing all activities related to pattern making, ensuring that garment patterns meet design specifications and quality standards. This role coordinates with design, samplers, and production teams to ensure the accurate and timely development of patterns for both sample and bulk productions

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, Garment Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pattern making, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong experience in using CAD software(e.g., Gerber, Lectra, or similar systems).
  • In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes. 
  • Problem-solving skills, especially in addressing production and fit issues. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
