Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Feeds, waters and otherwise cares for poultry
• Cleans poultry house , pens , feeders , water receptacles and sheds.
• Keeps and checks records on mortality of poultry & feeding and other relevant information on poultry operation.
• Prepare poultry for operations / activities such as vaccinations , selection, hauling, transfer etc.
• Collect and sanitize eggs prior to transfer to Hatchery .
• Update and submit daily flock report .
• Coordinate flock performance and health status with the Farm Vet and Farm Supervisor.
• Maintain proper lighting and heating of poultry house as per instruction .
• Follow Animal Welfare policies and procedures .
• Follow Safety and Biosecurity policies and procedures .
• Perform related work as required.
