This subsidiary was formerly known as Breeder Master, Inc. owned by Vitarich Corporation and Cobb-Vantress Inc. In 2003, Cobb-Vantress Inc. purchased the shares of Breeder Master, Inc from Vitarich Corporation, thus Cobb-Vantress Philippines, Inc. (CVPI) had become a business entity. CVPI supplies breeding stock to majority of integrators in the Philippines. CVPI has a strong market presence in the region and have supplied parent stocks into other regions like Indonesia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Nepal and Malaysia.

Through the years, Cobb Vantress Philippines Inc. continued to have a strong presence not only locally but as well as its neighboring countries in Asia. It aspires to strengthen its hold and territorial dominance in Asia by embarking on producing the highest quality Day-old chick parent stocks.

In 2013, CVPI has installed state of the art technologies in the farm with the purchase of new equipment such as chain feeders, egg collectors, ventilation system, and the refurbishments of its poultry houses, hatchery expansion with automated incubation machines, and barracks. While improvements on its facilities were made, CVPI ensure that its team members are abreast with the World Standards through continuous training on biosecurity, animal welfare and safety.
