Position: Deputy Plant Manager for Production, RM, Technical & OSH
               ( 1 Vacancy)
Job Description:
1. Involve in the daily operations of manufacturing and production processes;
2. Establish and promote general safety, fire prevention and health policies and measures;
3. Study and experiment extraction and processing of various metals and metal ores;
4. Oversee the development and maintenance of technological company systems and processes;
5. Budget management, cost control and monitoring.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification/Requirements:
• Must know the HPAL Technology and Power Station Utilities, processes, and management very well.
• With high level of competence in maintenance works, electrical and instrumentation including power plant maintenance.
• With effective leadership skills and strong work ethics;
• With excellent communication skills and competitive computer literacy;
• With good interpersonal skills and proactive in nature;
• With at least 6 years of experience;
• Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Taganito, Claver, Surigao del Norte; and
• Physically fit.
