Job Description

Responsible for managing a team of Patient Support Associates, both clinical and non-clinical, overseeing daily operations to ensure excellence, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction. This role involves performance management, team development, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring operational efficiency to achieve client and organizational goals.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in medical and Allied Health courses, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role within a BPO setting, preferably in a healthcare account.
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and EHR systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in healthcare processes, including claims, billing, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred: Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC, CPB) is an advantage.
