Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to oversee marketing campaigns, manage a team, and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, creativity, and experience in digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage budgets, track campaign performance, and report on key marketing metrics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
