SENIOR MANAGER, MARKETING & TALENT ATTRACTION

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead Quantrics’ marketing strategy for talent attraction in technical recruitment
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaign for all marketing channels, including social media, job boards, traditional media, and events
  • Conduct market research and perform competitor analysis, identify unique selling proposition, and key areas for improvement
  • Define and monitor success metrics and ROI for marketing efforts using data analysis and measuring KPIs


Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in marketing, employer branding, or talent attraction, with experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that elevate employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure ROI, and drive data-informed decisions.
