MANDARIN STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE ANALYST

-Inspect and assess the condition of structural components

-Develop and recommend preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and procedures.

-Coordinate and oversee structural repair work with internal teams or external contractors.

-Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and inspection documentation.



Qualifications/Requirements

- Native or fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.

-Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.

-Familiarity with maintenance management systems and data analysis tools.

-Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

-Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and coordination.
