The company is engaging in general construction and allied activities including supervising and managing the erection/repair rehabilitation of power plants and portions thereof thermal, nuclear, hydro, geothermal, renewable, wind, waste to energy and related lines, substations, buildings, roadways, structures such as transmission terminals/piers/jetty; provision of operation and maintenance and support services to said power plants including supply manpower-skilled, technical/engineers, operators. Supervisors and managerial; supply, import, trade and sell goods, materials, instruments equipment and similar items, to said power plants as well as industrial plants and related facilities and undertake any and all lawful activities and to do or cause to be done any one or more of the acts and things herein set forth as tis purposes, within or without the Philippines, and in any all foreign countries, and to do everything necessary, desirable or incidental to the accomplishment of the purposes of any one or more of the powers herein enumerated, or which shall at any time appear conductive to or expedient for the protection or benefit of the corporation except contracts for the construction of locally funded government projects and contracts for the construction of defense related structures.
