Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the acceptance of materials and machines, until the warehousing process and procedures are completed and issued an acceptance report.
  • Responsible for the physical registration of each fixed warehouse and temporary warehouse, and the establishment and update of the physical ledger to ensure the authenticity of the physical ledger and the controllability of the material security plan.
  • According to the requirements of the supervisor, complete the supervisory activities in the warehouse regularly or irregularly.
  • Responsible for material storage and temporary site warehouse, rental equipment, monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory (material: monthly, quarterly, annual, rental equipment: years).
  • Responsible for the coordination and follow-up of daily logistics and distribution issues, timely discovering problems, feedback and solving problems.
  • Responsible for resource development and relationship maintenance of local logistics and freight forwarding companies;
  • Responsible for K3 account operation and physical management, discovering and solving problems in time, and cooperating in completing financial-related work;
  • Responsible for the review of material picking application forms and tracking management of logistics distribution;
  • Responsible for material progress settlement and completion of final accounts;
  • From time to time, perform such tasks as may be reasonably assigned by the supervisor or other officers regardless whether the same is related or not to his/ her position, depending on the Employer’s requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualification
  • Bachelors Degree of any course
  • At least 2 years of related work experience is required for the role.
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas Business District
