Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in supply chain management, and the ability to optimize logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services.
  • Optimize and coordinate the full order cycle to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport providers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train warehouse and logistics staff.
  • Resolve any transportation or supply chain issues promptly.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
