Job Summary:
The kitchen staff is responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in a timely and efficient manner. They ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, follow health and safety guidelines, and support chefs and other team members in delivering high-quality food service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in food preparation (washing, chopping, peeling, etc.)
• Cook or reheat food under supervision, as needed
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor or chef
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Store food items properly to prevent spoilage
• Support CK Supervisor and TL and other staff during busy service times
• Perform other related duties as assigned
