Job Description

Our Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of our digital talent resources to impact company awareness and increase volume of quality applicants across the organization. You will execute our talent strategy through digital recruitment campaigns, strategic job posting campaigns and passive candidate searches. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team, marketing team to build a consistent employer brand message through our digital recruitment efforts. Support Recruiting Supervisor and/or Manager in administration of all recruiting and employment activities.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting the recruitment team with by sourcing potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building
  • Continually expanding network through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events
  • Generating candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Marketing team to ensure the marketing campaigns and value propositions are appealing to the local market.
  • Establishing the employee referral program as the first or second source for new candidates.
  • Developing a pipeline of talent for current role and future hiring needs
  • Monitoring evolving digital media trends, applicant behavior and research new channels, tools/technologies as they emerge
  • Initiating employment offers and ensuring new hire paperwork is complete promptly and accurately

Qualifications/Requirements

What you’ll need to qualify:

  • Comfortable working US business hours
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, and team members are required to wear multiple hats
  • At least 1 year of related experience in Talent Acquisition and/or talent developing/sourcing.
  • Call Center experience, preferred
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills
  • Knowledge of the US talent market and sourcing channels
  • Creative and innovative sourcing ideas
  • Strong email and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
