Recruitment
Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting orientation and maintaining records and information.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the HR database.
Coordinates with PESO and conducts local recruitment activities
Liaises with university and college for schedule of career fairs

Onboarding
Encode employee information in the HR database.
Schedule new hires for onboarding and contract signing schedule.
Conducts new hire orientation
Issues uniforms and company ID

Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Development
Registered psychometrician is an advantage
Proactive personality and self-starter
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Has initiative and can multi-task

SKILLS
Good communication skills
