Recruitment
Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling and conducting interviews, conducting orientation and maintaining records and information.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the HR database.
Coordinates with PESO and conducts local recruitment activities
Liaises with university and college for schedule of career fairs
Onboarding
Encode employee information in the HR database.
Schedule new hires for onboarding and contract signing schedule.
Conducts new hire orientation
Issues uniforms and company ID
