Job Description

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, such as scheduling interviews and coordinating new hire paperwork.
  • Maintaining employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinating the company's benefits and leave program.
  • Providing support for employee relations and employee engagement activities.
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Performing other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures, including recruitment and onboarding.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • Relevant experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role is preferred.
