HR Assistant - Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process by developing process workflows, processing
Personnel Requisition Form, establishing effective recruitment pipelines, evaluating candidates, coordinating
with Hiring Managers and onboarding new hires.
Detailed Job Description
1. Develops sourcing strategies and selection criteria.
2. Creates a pool of enough number of high-quality leads.
3. Performs initial interviews.
4. Facilitates the final interview and candidate assessment.
5. Secures from the successful candidates their acceptance of employment start date and salary and
benefits package.
6. Initiates pre-employment requirements such as but not be limited to endorsement of medical and pre-employment requirements, bank endorsement, IT credentials, Company ID, welcome kits and 201 files.
7. Conducts New Employee Orientation.
