Under general supervision, assists in the development and production of IEC materials and communication plans for DOH campaigns, as well as researches on and disseminates health related information.
1. Develops and reproduces IEC prototype materials, audiovisual documentation of various health activities for health campaigns and allocates these to the various health facilities in the region.
2. Assists in the formulation of Health Promotion Plans and Communication Plans for DOH campaigns/programs/thrusts/ National events.
3. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of campaign activities.
4. Provides technical assistance in the utilization of local indigenous materials for health education and promotional activities.
5. Acts as resource person in the conduct of health education and other advocacy related activities.
6. Assists in the development of strategies to sustain public/private participation in health programs.
7. Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.
