Job Description

  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Maintaining the front desk area
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Administrative and clerical tasks
  • Answer phones
  • Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to other departments
  • Transferring calls as necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Take online and phone prospective clients

Qualifications/Requirements

* With at least 6 months of experience as Information Officer

* With 6 months to 1 year call center experience (outbound) 

NOTE: Time schedule is 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
