CARELINK HEALTH CARE SERVICES COMPANY (CARELINK) is the brainchild of the founding partners, Engineer Jesse C. Jereos and Mrs. Lydia L. Jereos, a Registered Nurse by profession. The idea of providing health care professionals was born from Mrs. Lydia Jereos’ own experience as a Private Duty Nurse who was trained at St. Lukes Medical Center. She thought that the time has come to provide client’s health care specialty services. She saw the need for a personalized and customized health care of patients from the newly born to the elderly. She consulted her husband and partner, Engineer Jesse C. Jereos about the idea of establishing a health care manpower pooling agency. Both partners agreed on the idea and in year 1996, Carelink Health Care Services Company was born.
Carelink delivers the best care service to individual patients in the comforts of their homes or at the hospitals. By affiliating with the nursing departments of various hospitals located in the metropolitan Manila and through referrals by doctors Carelink provides health care professionals as bed side health care worker to patients confined in hospitals.
