Food & Beverage Service Associate is responsible for handling/assisting customers with various inquiries, processing transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role often requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Willing to work in Cordova, Cebu
