Roles and Responsibilities
• Inventory management process such as reviewing, recording, and approval of raw material purchases and deliveries
• Monthly inventory counting in the warehouse
• Costing of construction projects including materials, construction, overhead cost, and maintenance services
• Asset management which includes recording of monthly depreciation expenses, monitoring and updating of fixed asset database, disposal of assets, and annual cycle count
• Monthly reports such as asset depreciation, product utilization, inventory, and accounts payable
• Checking and recording of payments of raw materials and construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors for correct allocation of payment to construction projects
• Assist in monthly closing of books and system modules
• Assist in general accounting matters such as journal entries, accruals, etc.
• Assist in annual audit-related tasks
• Assist in financial planning and forecasting
• Ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by Finance manager such as updating of financial model, capital-raising activities, analysis of reports, etc.
