EXPORT/IMPORT SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Impex Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The Impex Supervisor will oversee the import and export operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and efficient handling of materials and equipment necessary for our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with Philippine customs regulations and other relevant laws
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Prepare and process import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
• Manage the inventory of imported and exported goods, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with import/export policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments, such as procurement and project management, to coordinate logistics and support construction project timelines.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on import/export procedures and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in import/export regulations and industry best practices.
